Fox Eyes

The "feline look" is one of the most popular aesthetic trends in recent years. Find out what it is and what the treatment is that raises the eyes and gives a lifting effect.

What is Fox Eye and Why is it Fashionable?

The world of aesthetics is constantly changing and reinventing itself. In recent years, the so-called "Foxy Eyes", "Cat eyes" or "feline look" is a trend that has been consolidated in both the world of make-up and aesthetic medicine. Thanks to models like Bella Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski and Kendall Jenner, more and more people are seeking larger, almond-shaped eyes and a sensual, stretched look. While some achieve this look with shadows, eyeliners and false lashes, others are looking for more sustainable alternatives to change the natural shape of their eyes and achieve the much desired Foxy Eyes.

Are you?

Today we reveal the secret to achieving a feline look, thanks to the non-invasive cosmetic treatment preferred by celebrities around the world: the Foxy Eyes.

As the name suggests, Foxy Eyes is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that physically alters the shape of the eye to achieve a rejuvenated, stretched, elongated and sensual look.

What is Foxy Eyes?

Although there are many techniques to achieve this, today we will discuss the Foxy Eyes treatment with tensor threads. This technique provides natural results, lifting the eyebrows and eyelids to achieve the "Foxy Eyes" look, without the need for surgery or a surgical brow lift.
Benefits of Foxy Eyes with tensor threads
- Rejuvenation of the eyes and reduction of fine lines in the area.
- Stimulation of collagen production
- Reduction of upper eyelid flaccidity
- Fast recovery and natural results
- No scarring
- Improves skin elasticity, tone and texture

What is the Foxy Eyes Tensor Wire Procedure?

To perform the Foxy Eyes procedure, we often use the tensor thread technique!
Tensioning threads are one of the most innovative non-surgical treatments available on the market today. They provide results that previously could only be achieved with surgery or multiple dermal fillers. They come in the form of thin strands or filaments and are made of polydioxanone (PDO), a 100% biocompatible, resorbable and safe material that also has a strong tissue regeneration capacity. Each thread contains a tiny spicule or hook, which allows the thread to hook into the deep tissues of the skin, promoting collagen formation and achieving the lifting effect.

The threads are applied from the forehead to the temple to tighten the eye area.  This gives a subtle slant to the outer eyebrow area, effectively lifting and lengthening the upper eyelid to achieve the "Foxy Eyes" effect. Before the procedure, the specialist uses a local anaesthetic, so that the patient feels no pain.  Sexy eyes and Botox. As this is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure, the patient will be awake during the entire procedure, which lasts about 30 minutes.
This technique is often complemented by the application of small amounts of Botox in the outer eye area to enhance the lift of the brow area and prolong the effects of Foxy Eyes.

Foxy Eyes: Results and Duration

However, as this is a less anchored area of the face, patients are advised to have at least 3 sessions of Foxy Eyes with thread lifting to prolong the duration of the procedure. Depending on the patient, the results of the Foxy Eyes with thread lift can last from 4 to 9 months. After this period, the threads will begin to dissolve and resorb naturally into the skin.

Foxy Eyes: Follow-up

Although the downtime is not significant compared to other facelift treatments, it is likely that the patient will experience some bruising and swelling.  It is therefore advisable to take 10 to 14 days of rest and not to do any high impact exercise until the specialist indicates otherwise and the skin has healed.
